and General Liability policies protect occupational therapists, this low
cost extension will also protect and defend your named
corporation for only $40.00.

Option 4 ($30.00)

$75,000 Fidelity Bond - as an option the program allows you to
purchase $75,000 of fidelity coverage as may be required by certain
clients. This crime bond protexts them if you are culpable for their loss.
